We went round Henbrook Park this morning; I tried to jog for a bit, but the majority of steps came from the treadmill I must admit. I've been on it for most of the day where possible.
The afternoon made for a lovely walk in Priory Park as the weather was great today wth a slight breeze.

Mia enjoying the sunshine in the afternoon and generally being herself.. 🤣😂
Love her to bits!! haha
