Guitars: February 11 2024
We had our band rehearsal yesterday for a gig in March and while we were playing I realised I made a boo-boo... I had never put the 2nd of March in my calendar and we were asked if we wanted to be the featured artist at an open mic on that very date. I couldn't resist, of course, but I feel really bad about that. 😕
I don't think I will be missed though, I only play guitar mostly, which is covered by Steve anyhow, so no problem.
I'm looking forward to hear the recording that Bob did, there are some new songs in the mix that I cannot recall playing before.
Other than that, I had a complaint from my neighbour about the loud practice noise. I'm not sure what to make of that just yet, some people just love to complain, but I will play my Gretsch more now as it's semi-acoustic and not as loud as my acoustic Taylors.

Yeah, the bass would be very cool, I'd have to work on the runs that Barbara does. Would be good to get Bob's recordings so I could listen and play along..

Bass is an art in itself. I'm sure you can find some lessons online. I think there will be a bass school on Musora at some point.
