I've not had the inclination for a while to post, it seems too hard work and I need the energy for other things.

However, this morning I walked around Deepdale Quarry at a fast pace to some great music on my phone, and I just really enjoyed it, thinking I should take some pictures for a change.

At 5000 steps into my walk I turned on Actifit after a very long time.

It's a stormy weekend in the UK and the wind was picking up noticeably; we had headwind going out, and tailwind on the way back, so that was good.

We were supposed to have two gigs today, the first one got cancelled due to the storm, it was an outside one, the other one is in St Neots tonight.
I've been suffering from a cough for over two weeks now and my voice isn't great, but luckily there's two of us in the band and we choose songs that work. Great if you have lots of stuff to choose from.. 🤘

Ich hatte schon länger keine Lust mehr, etwas zu posten. Es scheint mir zu anstrengend und ich brauche die Energie für andere Dinge.

Heute Morgen bin ich jedoch mit viel Tempo durch den Deepdale Quarry gelaufen und habe dabei tolle Musik auf meinem Handy gehört. Es hat mir einfach sehr gut gefallen und ich dachte, ich sollte zur Abwechslung mal ein paar Fotos machen.

Nach 5000 Schritten habe ich Actifit nach langer Zeit wieder eingeschaltet.

Es ist ein stürmisches Wochenende in Großbritannien und der Wind frischte merklich auf; wir hatten Gegenwind auf der Hinfahrt und Rückenwind auf der Rückfahrt, also war das gut.

Wir sollten heute zwei Auftritte haben, der erste wurde wegen des Sturms abgesagt; es war ein Außenauftritt, der andere ist heute Abend in St. Neots.

Ich leide jetzt seit über zwei Wochen an Husten und meine Stimme ist nicht so toll, aber zum Glück sind wir zu zweit in der Band und wählen Songs aus, die funktionieren. Super, wenn man so viel Auswahl hat. 🤘
