My Actifit Report Card: September 30 2025 - Stage Stop - John S Harrison Park and Historic Site - Trail Running Adventure
9 miles total which is roughly one third of the marathon distance coming up in December. The latter rung of my run consisted of some very rough trails.
Truth be told, I was banking on the possibility that the trail would loop back around. I ennded up backtracking after I noticing barbed wire fencing but eventually found an exit.
Due to the somewhat precarious nature of ny running surface, I lowered my speed considerably so wasn't breaking any records here but it was still a good run with a lot to see.
(vid published to YT because I could not get Actifit or 3Speak's video upload functionality working to save my life on Android 🤷♂️)

Back when I was a teen and took martial arts, I use to run around the park by our house, I prefer to walk, and I could put some mileage on before I got plantar fasciitis. I've been taking my pup out to a park that I use to walk out to before that happened with my feet. It'd take
hours to get there and back but I was near a cripple once I stopped walking. I sat down at a park it will eventually sort of enjoin to a couple blocks away to listen to a concert that was going on. I got up to walk home and I thought I was going to have to call a cab it was so painful. They've since embellished upon the trails there, 18 miles total, all paved though. I've been taking my new pup out there to walk, let him run around in the water, but I don't walk all the way out there anymore. The right shoes I can still put a couple hours on my feet, nothing like I use to.
