My Actifit Report Card: January 23 2024
Hello everyone, how are you guys, hope you all are well and healthy.
Friends, today I was busy with office work. Like every day, I woke up at 6 in the morning and went for jogging in the morning, from there.
I came home and freshened up, had tea and breakfast and after getting ready for office, left for office at 9.30.
After reaching office, opened laptop and started doing office work. Worked non stop for 2.30 hours and spent 12 to half an hour on mobile.
After that I started continuing office work again. Like I got fresh at 2 o'clock and sat down to eat. After eating, I again watched Instagram reels on my mobile for some time.
After that, I kept my mobile on charging and worked non-stop from 3 to 5 pm and after finishing the office, I went to the market and bought groceries and left for home. Went home, freshened up and rested for a while.
