My Actifit Report Card: January 6 2024
So yesterday I only had breakfast before hitting the gym. After my workout I was so hungry I just went to buy ready made food from the convenience store instead of cooking.
Anyway, these were my sets yesterday:
Deadlifts:
8 20kgx2 RDL warmup
8 30kgx2
8 31.25kgx2
6 32.5kgx2
Hip Thrusts:
8 40kgx2
8 42.5kgx2
7 45kgx2
5s pause per set
Hip Abduction:
8x2 77.5kg
7 77.5kg
Also did 15mins indoor cycling for a bit of cardio.
