My Actifit Report Card: 2024/01/13 Errand Run and Leg Day
My day started with a dental appointment. I was scheduled to be there at 9:30am and was running late but I still had the time to take a selfie.
Got to the clinic 1 minute 😆
Right after my appointment I got myself some stuff before heading home. I told myself I’ll take an hour nap after lunch but I woke up very late in the afternoon around 5pm 😆 I head on to the gym realizing it’s already late. It was snowing a bit on the way.
Anyway here’s my workout routine yesterday. Leg day:
Deadlift:
8 20kgx2 RDL warmup
8 30kgx2
8 31.25kgx2
7 32.5kgx2
Hip Abduction:
8x2 77.5kg
7 80kg
Hip Thrust:
8 52.5kgx2
8x2 55kgx2
5s pause per set
I've also accumulated a lot of stamps from the gym's stamp card so I was to able to exchange it with some stuff. And posted my goal for this year.
