My Actifit Report Card: 2024/02/04 Core & Cardio, Bread

So starting this week, I’ll be busy with all sorts of travel related stuff. Meeting friends and all, all on weekends. As some know, I like to make bread and I don’t think I’ll have time for it with my busy schedule this month. So I decided I’d at least make some for this week.

I wanted to knead the dough myself but felt lazy 😆

Then when the doughs were resting and rising I prepared to go to the gym.

My current go-to protein drink plus an espresso shot

My legs are actually still sore from yesterday’s workout, it’s manageable but I couldn’t jog. Today is core and cardio day.

Here’s what I did:
Cardio:
30mins walk 4kph
30mins inclined walk at 12% and 3.5kph

Sit-ups:
10x2
last set until failure

Weighted overhead march(5kgx2):
10x2
last set until failure

Alternating deadbug crunch (5kgx2):
10x2
last set until failure

Came back home and shaped my dough and let it rise again. Since a friend will be staying with me for about 2 weeks for vacation I also cleaned my room a bit. Keywords are “a bit”, you know, I’m lazy 🤷‍♀️ And then baked my bread 🍞.

So now I’m sitting here trying eating some protein yogurt to hit my protein goal while waiting for my friend. I need to fetch her from Ikebukuro Station later. I still have about an hour or so to kill time. Maybe I’ll eat more food. The bread are tempting and I already ate some 😆 I might have nothing left for my breakfast this week 😆

Whole wheat loaf and some buns, plain protein yogurt - I added some honey 🍯

Surprised I hit a 10k step count today
