My Actifit Report Card: 2024/03/10 Leg Day, Clinic, Buffet, Shopping
I’m already able to catch up with my regular gym schedule since last week but was just too lazy to share it. So I woke up late yesterday, went to the gym and did a leg day and today I have sore muscles. Been a while since I really felt tired and sore due to lifting. Today I’m sharing what I did yesterday:
Squat:
4 20kgx2
4 21.25kgx2
5 22.5kgx2
Deadlift:
8 20kgx2 RDL warmup
8x2 31.25kgx2
6 32.5kgx2
Hip Abduction:
8x2 80kg
8 82kg
I had a quick lunch when I got back home and did a few loads of laundry. I had scheduled to go visit my physical therapist that afternoon for some body conditioning, well more on my shoulder concerns. If you’ve one of my previous actifit reports a few weeks back, I shared about how my left shoulder shook while pressing and I was a nit concerned. So yeah, we found left my left shoulder is weaker and I may have some problem with my scapula. My therapist did some massage, stretches, and also checked strength resistance on my left shoulder for about 40mins. Although I can still feel some soreness when I raise my arms, I felt better. Before I was let go, I was taught a few stretches and exercises I can do by myself and was told to consistently do it everyday.
After that I still had some time left to go buy some Nespresso pods as I’m almost out so I hurried to the closest on in Shinjuku. I then met with @wittyzell at Hilton hotel to have some dinner buffet. It was practically free as I had points given by my company to use for various stuff. Few snaps of the buffet below.
After dinner we head on to a place called Alpen Tokyo. It’s supposed to be a famous among foreigners and yeah there were a lot of foreigners there. I wanted to buy some running shoes and casual sneakers. Originally, I intended to buy a different brand but after reading some reviews I found a better alternative. The brand was there but they didn’t have the model I wanted but the original one that I wanted was there. I didn’t wanna buy another model that I haven’t checked reviews yet so I bought the original model I intended to buy before. I did try it on for a bit and decided to get it, although it’s a half size bigger than my size. I also got the sneakers, didn’t mind what brand I gonna get but the model I saw in an outlet store before was there. I tried it on as well and decided to purchase it. Yeah I’m irresponsible 😆💸😭
Anyway, a lot of walking happened and this is my move summary:
