My Favorite Sport

Talking about my favorite sport, it can't be separated from the sport that I really like, sometimes it's even my biggest dream to be famous for that sport. Friends, from childhood until now I really like badminton, this sport is a sport that is very attractive to me, my family and even people around me. This sport, is a sport that I play very often. When I have free time, I will use the time, just to play it together with my friends or other coworkers.

What is Badminton Sport?

Badminton is often referred to as Badminton, this sport is a sport that has been approved as a game of high value, and can be played outdoors or indoors. This sport is very popular in Indonesia, even in other parts of the world it is also very famous, now in my country this sport is enjoyed by various groups, be it children to adults. My country has also been an Olympic champion, in several Olympic events held in other countries, such as in tokyo a few years ago.

How to Play sport of Badminton

Game sport badminton, there are several sports equipment that must be prepared in advance, namely a strategic and flat field, a racket, a badminton ball made of goose feathers and a net to divide the badminton court into two parts.This sport can be played both singles and doubles, played in opposite directions, by parrying or hitting the ball using a racket towards the opponent.

Different types of groups played in badminton :

  • Men's Singles
  • Women's Singles
  • Mixed Doubles
  • Women's Doubles and
  • Men's Doubles

This sport can be played by both men and women. Badminton, played in three rounds for 21 points, the winner in this game is the winner who has won 2 rounds. The technique of this game is quite easy, namely maintaining footwork, posture, serving, netting and smashing.

Benefits Sports of Badminton

Sports in addition to many benefits for the health of the body, including maintaining body shape, increasing body metabolism, maintaining bone health, and stabilizing our blood pressure.

Alot of tactical reasoning is involved in the sport, there is a technicality to how it is played, when to go in on all out attack and when not to. I love it so much

Growing up, badminton was not a popular sport in my neighborhood, but the situation is now very much different. It is good to see that it is a means to bring the world together in peace and unity.
