I'm almost done with phase one of my workout routine. I have posted it a few times already so instead of repeating I tell you about some updates. Been tryi g to keep a more steady commitment on the days I work out. Still need to get a more stablished cardio routine for non lifting days. I'll come up with some ideas and let u know.
