My Actifit Report Card: October 5 2021
I started today with my intense and strict commitment of loosing some fat and gaining some muscle.
I started by making sure that through out the day I get enough steps on my count(I use a couple apps that do this and also pay rewards for this). 10K steps a day is the goal.
Next and through out the day I also committed to make sure I complete my Routines the same day I'm supposed to.
So here I'm at 8:40 PM for a third time at the gym to finish my routine, still missing my inclined DB flyes and Lateral raisers.
After those two I want to hit a bit of cardio. I really need to get that belly fat down.
I went for walks during breaks at work and... BRO! I could feel that fat hanging and even hurting as I was running up some stairs..
Last but not least. I'm also committed to a strict low carb/sugars and high protein/fiber diet. I want to see how it all ends up by the end of this month.
