Seeing weightlifters compete may be normal, but behind the match day, these athletes train quite heavy weights every day. Some barbells and weights, you can see in this pictures.

In this post, there are photos of Indonesian weightlifting athletes' training activities that I have never published. They train from light weights to heavy loads. If they don't practice enough, the force they are targeting will decrease and they can fail in the match.
