Hive FPL. Game week 4. My team for this week.
Today my post will be something different. Yesterday I was scrolling through different communities on hive blockchain. And I saw the community related to sports. It catch my attention. And I clicked on it. I scrolled through it all the posts were related to sports.
One of the post was about Fantasy premier league I don't remember the user's name to mention it. But as I saw the post I thought its the same FPL that I was playing since last year. So I got excited and I thought I can also share my picks and team.
What is FPL?
So fpl is a football manager kind of game. In which each user is given 100 million pounds which he/she can spent to make his own team including his/her favorite players from different clubs. This is based on English Premier League. You can select your players from the clubs that are in Premier League.
A user can pick a total of 15 players to make his team.
Once you have picked your team then you can manage it and a deadline will be given before every game week. You have to pick your starting eleven for the week.
Its a point based system. In which every player is given a score point on the basis of how he performs in the live games. So in order to score more points you have to pick the best out of your team. One of the key points to mention is the captain's armband. This is very crucial for every manager to score more points.
Suppose if a player scores 10 points and if he was selected as the captain of your team then his points will be doubled which in this case will be considered as 20 points. Make sure to choose your captain wisely.
So from now on I will be sharing my selected team for each game week. And a little bit of analysis of why and how each of my players have performed and why I picked them.
This week so far has been a banger for me. At the moment my team have a total of 90 points scored which is very good for me as the average so far has been just 51 points. My team have done well. Still two of my players have not played their matches yet so I am expecting few more points to be added to my total points of game week 4 or at least getting a 100 point.
The players that I have picked for game week 4 are :
At GK : Ramsdale (Arsenal)
At Defence : Trent (Liverpool), Walker ( Man City), James(Chelsea), Malacia(Man Utd).
At Midfield : Odegaard(Arsenal), Luis Diaz(Liverpool), Martinelli(Arsenal), Sterling(Chelsea), Saint Maximin(Newcastle Utd).
At Forward : Antonio(West Ham Utd)

1. Ramsdale
So far Arsenal are playing very good football. So picking Ramsdale as GK is a safe pick and can expect more points from but this week he only managed to get 2 points but it is good.
2. Trent Alexander Arnold :
He is one of the key players of Liverpool squad. His creativity his vision his sense and knowledge of game are the reasons I picked him at defence. He can take points by providing assists. So the chances of him getting many points is a lot. This week he got an incredible 17 points by scoring agoal in a 9 goal thriller game.
3. Kyle Walker :
As Man City have been so dominant in Premier League. So Walker is a good choice to be picked at defence. He is an aggressive right back so chances of him getting more points is good. But this week he could not perfrom that good scoring only 1 point.
4. James :
Chelsea are not playing good at the moment. But still James is able to score 7 points in every game week except last week. This week he scored another 7 points which is pretty good for a side back position.
5. Malacia :
I had him in my team but did not pick him due to Man Utd's disastrous start of the season losing 2 games back to back. So I kept on bench for game week 3 but he played very well against Liverpool. And I was amazed by his performance. So this week I picked him for my starting eleven and he secured 8 points which is very good for a player playing at side back position.
6. Odegaard :
He is on fire. Last week he got 16 and this week 10 points. Not a bad choice for captain so far. As Arsenal are dominating the league at the moment won all of their games so far.
7. Luis Diaz :
He was one of the key players in the dominating win of Liverpool by scoring two goals this game week. He got 14 points and I picked him as my captain. So for me it was a 28 points. Good option for the captain's armband.
8. Martinelli :
Unlike the last 3 game weeks he could not perform to the same level and only got 2 points this week. Not a good week for him and all the managers that have picked him for their starting eleven.
9. Sterling :
The brace from him was the reason for Chelsea to secure 3 points. He scored two beautiful goals. Andgot an impressive 15 points this game week. Next time I may consider him to be the captain of my team.
10. Saint Maximin :
Last week I did not pick him and he secured 13 points. This week I am hoping that he will play good and secure more points which will be really good for me. At least a 7 or 9 would be a good range.
11. Antonio :
Unlike last season, he has been unable to perform well and get good points. But still I have him in my starting eleven and hoping that he will secure more points this game week.
