Mi cuerpo tiende a acumular grasa en ciertas zonas, para mí suerte mi silueta es armónica, pero por mucho peso que pierda, esas zonas, (brazos, caderas y la parte interna de los muslos), hacen que me vea robusta.

Quiero seguir perdiendo peso y estoy haciendo mayor énfasis en quemar la grasa de los brazos y las piernas, y a esta rutina le incorporé un poco de peso para tener mejores resultados. Voy a realizar esta rutina 4 veces por semana y les cuento como me fue.
