Hola amigos de #fulldeportes…Seguimos incorporando artículos que tengamos disponibles en casa a nuestras rutinas de ejercicios cardiovasculares y hoy le tocó a un viejo caucho o llanta el cual es ideal para subir y bajar ya que tiene cierto parecido a un trampolín por el efecto rebote al impactar con nuestros pies.

La rutina de hoy está compuesta de ejercicios cardiovasculares acompañados de algunos ejercicios para piernas y glúteos los cuales decidí incorporar al final de la rutina de los cuales realicé 3 series de 20 repeticiones.
