CARRERA NOCTURNA CERRANDO LA SEMANA | HIVERUN [ESP - ENG] 🌑🏃🏻‍♂️

¡Feliz tarde y bonito domingo para mí club de running!🙏🏻

El día de hoy me gustaría compartirles un poco sobre el entrenamiento del día de ayer, hecho prácticamente por completo de noche, corto, buen ritmo y una perrita bonita, aqui les cuento.

Salí a correr a las 6:19 pm, cuando ya el sol estaba desapareciendo por completo. Fue una buena sensación, una carrera bastante fresca, así que con gusto le di una buena velocidad, para aprovechar que no estaba padeciendo del solazo de Maturin jajaja.

Corrí en total unos 5 kilómetros, con el buen ritmo promedio de 5:47 /km, o sea, una carrera de 29 minutos con 3 segundos, me sentí contento por ese logro para hoy.

Aproveché a terminar mi carrera en el kilómetro 5, pues justo queda un Farmatodo ahí, y necesitaba comprar unas pastillas. En Farmatodo me encontré con un chico que también había corrido, nos sonreímos y se sintió bien encontrarte casualmente con otros corredores, pues a pesar de pertenecer a un club de running, a veces correr solo se vuelve monótono, y es emocionante ver otras personas que se apasionan por lo mismo que tú.

Al finalizar, sacando fotitos del entrenamiento, me conseguí una linda perrita, fue muy cariñosa, le dije que posara y sonriera para compartir una foto con ustedes. Fue una buena carrera, pues fue fresca, sin sol, con vista a otros corredores, y con una linda perrita que me alegró aun más.

Good afternoon and happy Sunday to my running club!🙏🏻

Today I would like to share a little bit about yesterday's training session, which took place almost entirely at night. It was short, at a good pace, and with a cute dog. Here's the story.

I went out for a run at 6:19 pm, when the sun was already setting completely. It felt good, a fairly cool run, so I happily picked up the pace to take advantage of not having to suffer under the Maturin sun, ha ha ha.

I ran a total of about 5 kilometers, with a good average pace of 5:47/km, which is a 29-minute, 3-second run. I was happy with that achievement for today.

I took advantage of finishing my run at kilometer 5, because there is a Farmatodo right there, and I needed to buy some pills. At Farmatodo, I ran into a guy who had also been running. We smiled at each other, and it felt good to bump into other runners, because even though I belong to a running club, sometimes running alone can get monotonous, and it's exciting to see other people who are passionate about the same thing as you.

At the end, while taking photos of the training session, I found a cute little dog. She was very affectionate, so I asked her to pose and smile so I could share a photo with you. It was a good run, as it was cool, without sun, with other runners in sight, and with a cute little dog that made me even happier.
