CARRERITAS CORTAS CON MI HERMANO | ENTRENANDO [ESP - ENG] 💪🏻🔥

El día martes y hoy jueves, junto a mi hermano, pudimos correr unos cuantos kilómetros para ir entrenando, se aproxima la carrera y cada kilómetro recorrido para ir preparándonos cuenta, así que acompáñenme.💪🏻

Correr junto a mi hermano es algo que disfruto, y que es bastante distinto a correr solo. Cuando corro con él, voy adelante, y trato de siempre estar pendiente de él, de qué ritmo lleva y bajarle al mío si veo que necesita un poco de descanso, así que voy a un ritmo usualmente un poco más relajado de cuando corro solo.

El martes, decidimos correr unos 5 kilómetros en la tardecita, primera vez que corro esa distancia antes de ir al gimnasio, pero sabía que esa distancia motivaría a mi hermano a correr en la tarde, así que fuimos. Mi ritmo promedio para esos 5 kilómetros fue de 6:31 /km, es decir, recorrimos los 5 kilómetros en un total de 32 minutos con 39 segundos, estuvo bien aunque puede estar mejor, seguiremos mejorando.

El día de hoy salimos y recorrimos unos 3.29 km, aproximadamente 2 millas, y a decir verdad mi cuerpo, a pesar de sentir las piernas pesadas, se calentó rápido y poco a poco me fui sintiendo mejor. Traté de mantener un ritmo regular para ir con mi compañero de carreras, así que hicimos las 2 millas en 20 minutos con 33 segundos, resultando entonces en un ritmo promedio de 6:14 /km, mejor al de la anterior carrera, pero con menos distancia, claro.

Espero que este fin de semana que está por empezar nos sirva para entrenar carreras un pelo más largas, y ver si ya estamos mejor preparados para el esperado 8 de junio jeje.

Happy Thursday to everyone around here!

On Tuesday and today, Thursday, together with my brother, we were able to run a few kilometers to train, the race is approaching and every kilometer run to get ready counts, so join me.💪🏻

Running with my brother is something I enjoy, and it's quite different from running alone. When I run with him, I'm up front, and I try to always keep an eye on him, what pace he's running and drop mine if I see he needs a bit of a break, so I go at a pace usually a bit more relaxed than when I run alone.

On Tuesday, we decided to run a 5K in the afternoon, my first time running that distance before going to the gym, but I knew that distance would motivate my brother to run in the afternoon, so we went. My average pace for that 5k was 6:31 /km, that is, we ran the 5k in a total of 32 minutes 39 seconds, it was good although it can be better, we will keep improving.
