My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2024

Hi to all my actifiters friends around the worlds, how are you doing today? i am hoping that you are all healthy and fine. Today i want to share my activity. Today i am not having so much activity and picture. But, i want to share some story in my life today. Today is sunday so we are all having day off. And today i am planning just in my house all day long, playing some games chilling all day long. But it turns out not chilling anymore. Today is super hot even though the air conditioner set at low temperature but the temperature still hot. Even you are doing nothing you still sweating a lot. So in the morning i am going to take shower to reduce the heat in my body. But still not giving any effect at all. I am still sweaty a lot after taking shower. Especially when touching mid day. the hot is much worse. The ice cube in my drink just lasting several second and then gone. And after a minute the drink started hot. And after i check the temperature touching 38 degree inside house and 42 degree celcius outside house. Damn it is so hot. And the peak is in the evening. My son cannot bear the heat. My son skin started showing rash and it is very itchy. After i showering him with cold water. The itch started slowing down but the rash is not.

So i am going to apotek and buying some medicine for rash and allergic.

After i am smear the lotion the rash started to gone. But some still left. Maybe i need to smear several times and wait till tomorrow. If the rashs till there i think i need togo to doctor. And in the evening i need to going to motorcycle washer. My motorcycle is very dirty. And while waiting the motorcycle washed i am going to coffe stall and sipping a instant cappucino while enjoying the hot temperature. and in the night i am just calling my parents and my parents in law to gives some information that in next week we are going to our home town a few days. And then we are going to sleep and ready for the next week challenge.
