My Actifit Report Card: October 19 2022
I skipped the Actifit report because we went on a trip and I was too busy with photos and enjoying the places that we visited.
Yesterday I had a work-packed day. I again changed my schedule a little bit and transferred cooking early in the morning from 5 to 6, instead dealing with the pots and pans later in the day which is usually from 11 to 12.
The reason for this is practical, plus running water and food in combination work extremely positively for my mood. In fact, everyone likes splashing water and food and also making a mess that early is equivalent to a fitness session which I think is kind of awesome.
Now we are doing yoga twice a day, and we also introduced an imposter - a few minutes of dumbbell exercise.
Sticking to only two days with the meat of the land animals turned out to be a great idea. The rest is filled up with fish, cheese, hemp flour combinations, beans, and roots.
I spent the day fixing things and doing home improvements.
