Actifit: Morning routine

Monday as announced was a really nice opportunity to experience curtains of rain driven by unraveling wind.

I started filling up my vault with content so it kept me busy for most of the morning.

I said I will update with little details about my morning routine and some improved diet changes.

I start my day pretty simple.
Two coffees with sugar and milk, which is around 500 mL, and another 500mL of water with minerals - 50% daily intake of calcium and magnesium, proteins - half dose of BCAA and creatine, and lemon juice.

I get my lunch around 1-2pm and don't eat anything after 5pm.

I usually drink up to 800 to 1000 mL of liquid in the afternoon and I keep white sugar intake under 25g daily.

I do my daily routine of yoga in morning and around 6 pm.

I eat once a day and I don't eat the same every day but I get enough rest and high value food. I add more nutrients occasionally in the morning and afternoon.

I have a low calorie intake and my weight is unchanged and good health condition and energy is constant for months.

I can thank that to the alternative diet and maintained biome. This combination seems to work the best for me.

People call them positions but treat them as states of spirit over a body because the body is what benefits from the spirit. The best approach is to take yoga as a ground reality technique and strictly from that end during the knowledge adoption phase. Start with only a few states, best the simple ones, do it for a week that way, and read through the instructions in detail. Most definitely try to find a traditional approach, because the Western modification is obscured by physical dominance and our vessels can't benefit truly within themselves.
