[PL / ENG] Wyżyny / Highlands My Actifit Report Card: September 5 2021

Oj, dziś potwierdziło się, że nie należę do najbardziej cierpliwych osób. Na szczęście mój wspaniały małżonek zakomenderował - spacer! Więc opuściliśmy nasze mieszkanko z niedziałającym internetem i zamieniliśmy frustrację technologiczną na obcowanie ze wspaniałą, jesienną przyrodą.

Mam problem związany z bólem stawów w nogach, kostki i kolana; jakiś czas temu myślałam, że go rozwiązałam, ale jednak nie. A przecież aż tak dużo nie chodzę, żeby było to uzasadnione. Powinnam chyba zacząć brać kolagen, ale dopóki się karmimy, niestety suplementy tego typu nie wchodzą w grę.

Well, today it has been confirmed that I am not one of the most patient people in the world. Fortunately, my wonderful spouse ordered - a walk! So we left our apartment with a non-working internet and turned our technological frustration into communing with the wonderful autumn nature.
I have a problem with joint pain in my legs, ankle and knee; a while ago I thought I had solved it, but no. And yet I do not walk so much that it would be justified. I should probably start taking collagen, but as long as I am feeding, unfortunately supplements of this type are not an option.

Chciałabym jeszcze zwrócić uwagę na profil wysokościowy. Wdrapując się na ul. Tunkla uznałam, że chyba właśnie zdobyliśmy najwyższy punkt Wyżyny Śląskiej 😁 Rzecz jasna nie, ale skłoniło mnie to do sprawdzenia po powrocie. Najwyższym wzniesieniem Wyżyny jest Góra Świętej Anny o wysokości 408 m n.p.m., a my zdobyliśmy zaledwie wysokość 307 m npm. Tak więc mimo wszystko sporo brakuje.

I would also like to draw your attention to the altitude profile. Climbing on Tunkla Street, I decided that we must have just conquered the highest point of the Silesian Upland 😁 Of course not, but it prompted me to check the heights after return home. The highest elevation of the Upland is Saint Anne's Mountain, 408 m above sea level, and we only climbed 307 m above sea level. So a lot is missing after all.
