[PL / ENG] Zimniutkie dzień dobry / Crispy morning My Actifit Report Card: October 11 2021

No nie da się ukryć, niedzielnego raportu nie było. A to dlatego, że Actifit wskazał aż 26 kroków. Ale trzeba przyznać - nie było w tę niedzielę żadnego spaceru.

Dzisiaj za to dokonaliśmy z Bomblem czynu bohaterskiego, bo wstaliśmy rano na zajęcia, i mimo, że na dworze nie było żadnych stopni (dosłownie było 0°!), to nie wybraliśmy auta, a poszliśmy piechotą. Szacuneczek dla nas 😎

Piękny taki poranek, wiatr lekko szczypał w policzki, na trawie widać było szron. W drodze powrotnej, tam gdzie poświeciło słońce, już zniknął.

Potem wyszliśmy raz jeszcze, ale w porównaniu do poranka, to już był niemal upał 😉

Well, it cannot be denied, there was no Sunday report. This is because Actifit showed me in the evening only 26 steps. But I must admit - there was no time to walk this Sunday.

Today we did a heroic deed with the Baby, because we got up in the morning for therapy, and even though there were no degrees outside (literally it was 0°!), we didn't choose the car and went on foot. Respect for us 😎

It was a beautiful morning, the wind stung our cheeks a bit, there was frost on the grass. On the way back, where the sun shone, the frost had already disappeared.

Later during the day we went out again, but compared to the morning, it was almost hot 😉
