[PL / ENG] Vojta My Actifit Report Card: January 19 2022

Ojj ciężki był to dzień. Ciężkość objawiła się już na porannych zajęciach, kiedy fizjoterapeutka uznała, że pora wprowadzać elementy metody Vojty w kierunku wsparcia pełzania. W skrócie wygląda to tak, że należy położyć dziecko na stole bokiem do siebie, żebrami przytrzymywać jego głowę, jedną ręką rączkę, drugą ręką nóżkę - a dziecko wolną nogą powinno zacząć robić wymachy niezbędne do pełzania. Jeśli nie zacznie, trzeba jeszcze docisnąć mu kolec biodrowy. I takie coś powtarzać 3 razy dziennie. Ogólnie nic bolesnego, ale naprawdę nieprzyjemne, sam fakt takiego mocnego unieruchomienia całego ciałka. Było to dla mnie bardzo okropne, na szczęście ze względu na nasze plany na dni Babci i Dziadka odpuszczamy temat na razie i wracamy do niego po poniedziałku. Ogromnie liczę na to, że przez te kilka dni ogarniemy z Bomblem poprawne pełzanie za pomocą zwykłej zabawy na macie i ta niewątpliwa vojtowska nieprzyjemność nas ominie.

Oh, it was a hard day. The heaviness manifested itself in the morning therapy, when the physiotherapist decided it was time to introduce elements of the Vojta method in the direction of crawling support. In short, it looks like you should put the child on the table, hold his head with your ribs, with one hand the Baby's hand, and with the other hand his leg - and the child should start making the swing necessary for crawling with his free leg. If it doesn't, then you need to press down on its hip spine. And repeat such a thing 3 times a day. Nothing painful in general, but really unpleasant, the very fact of such a strong immobilization of the whole body. It was very terrible for me, luckily because of our plans for Grandma's and Grandpa's days, we are skipping the topic for now and returning to it after Monday. I really hope that for these few days we will get the Baby proper crawling with the help of ordinary play on the mat and this undoubted Vojta's unpleasantness will pass us by.

Spacer tylko krótki, ale całkiem przyjemny.

The walk was only short, but quite enjoyable.
