[PL / ENG] My Actifit Report Card: November 16 2023

Kolejny pracowity dzień, taki na piąteczkę. Pouczyłam się, poogarniałam, zrobiłam pyszny obiad (makaron z kurczakiem, szpinakiem, gruszką, camembertem i orzechami), a nawet znalazłam chwilę na domowe kardio, żeby naliczyć kroki do actifit, i na trening siłowy, za którym tęskniłam już wręcz potwornie.

Another busy day, a high five. I studied, tidied up, made a delicious dinner (pasta with chicken, spinach, pear, camembert and nuts), and even found some time for home cardio to count steps to ActiFit, and for strength training, which I missed terribly.

Ze złych wieści, to odebrany ze żłobka Bombelek charakteryzował się nowiutkim gilem i kaszlem. Coś czuję, że jutro przyjdzie nam iść nie do żłobka, a do lekarza.

The bad news is that Bombelek was picked up from the nursery and had a brand new bullfinch and a cough. I have a feeling that tomorrow we will have to go not to the nursery, but to the doctor.
