Najtrudniej to wyjść z domu.

The hardest thing is leaving the house.

Od dawna obiecywałam Bomblowi, że jak będzie brzydka pogoda, to będziemy chodzić do groty solnej. Ale miałam przed tym spore opory związane z logistyką: odebrać Bomble z placówek i podjechanie pod grotę to trzykrotne odpalanie auta na obszarze 3 km, no szkoda akumulatora po prostu :d bałam się, że z samego przedszkola do Groty Bombel piechotą bez roweru nie dojdzie.

I'd been promising Bombel for a long time that if the weather was bad, we'd go to the salt cave. But I was really hesitant about it because of the logistics: picking up Bomble from the schools and driving to the cave meant starting the car three times over a 3-kilometer distance, which would be a waste of battery life :D I was afraid I wouldn't be able to walk from the preschool to the Bombel Cave without a bike.

Wczoraj postawiłam sprawę na ostrzu noża, korzystając, że to ostatni dzień Dzidzi w domu, a więc do ogarnięcia tylko jedna placówka dziecięca, a nie dwie. I tak pędziliśmy na złamanie karku, ale Bombel dzielnie dał radę i dotarliśmy na miejsce przed czasem. W drodze powrotnej nawet ogarnęliśmy zakupy.

Yesterday, I took advantage of the fact that it was Baby's last day at home, meaning we only had one childcare center to manage, not two. We still had to rush at breakneck speed, but Bombel bravely pulled through, and we arrived ahead of schedule. We even managed to get some shopping done on the way back.

A w Grocie było wybornie, jak zawsze. Dzieci miały pełne ręce roboty, a Mama czas na relaks. Kupiłam karnet, będziemy chodzić.

And the Grotto was wonderful, as always. The kids had their hands full, and Mom had time to relax. I bought a season ticket; we'll go.
