These days seriously things have been quite tougher for me to watch sports as a pro-active fan, and there are few reasons for being so. Lose of fascination is one thing, the other is to have a low budget on watching matches on tv rather than being in the field or park to have the physicality get going.

Age is such a number that always on the move of increasing and the more you try the less you succeed in curbing it. With the age, comes the fatigue, the fragility of bones and the tendency to work better and be stout in living. Its true for people in general, those who entwined life with the 4 walls of office, or the congested setting.

Literally, sedentary workers dont stress on physical fitness, and pulls on the thought process and all the concerns for - money things, how business would grow and what smart ways to manipulate them all. Yet, neither of them look for being fit and I dont have any concern for keeping their heads turned over the papyrus benifits of a healthy living- but how to empower life with amateur sports.

The Wake-Up Call.

I found normally that the average people dont want to burn extra calories just to walk a few kilos, because that takes real efforts and determination to move on from street to street. Even if they have the determination and willpower,still maybe they live in a city where the structures arent made with a suitable plan and there are little space to ply on the roads and the traffic is always busy!

How to walk through a road full of automobiles, cars and trucks, full of motor vehicles?

But, there is a way to get rid of the concerns of health status and the odd way of living with anxieties and the stress keeps on growing. It is the formula of having an amateur sport, the wish to have it on a weekly planner, the priority lists that you have on your desk. I think, keeping the habit of passing the pastime,the petty period of leisure been coloured by the activities on field can have you multiple benifits - subconsciously benefiting you to have advantages.

Teams and a good committee can be formed, by the colleagues and your neighbours closest of your apartment. They can be put together to play in the time of afternoon, where the peak hour arrives to participate in outdoor games. For example, playing soccer with your colleagues can tie the bond of brotherhood to some extents that they would be eager to contribute to your journey of success.

Health Benifits.

Well it is a matter of regret that when I do feel and experience that the patients number and daily log lists of admission in the hospital being so big, it warns me of being more active outside and cut off being much engaged in indoor activities. Because excessive fat is bad and when they are stored on the trunk areas of the body- it is even freaking as that contributes to obesity.

Even I often saw patients been admitted with symptoms of heart diseases, high cholesterol, high sugar level and mild symptoms been developed of coronary heart disease. All of them are gathered because they didnt have well equipped practices of outdoor activities, the lack of education for being sportive and the ignorance of keeping physical fitness.

It is not necessary to have s very elegant stature, at least checking the beats and pulse every day,making a routine of cardiovascular workout so that the heart remains in stable conditions and the emotions are fairer that would kill chances of having a pathological conditions.

I mean,so many of us here are an expert of keeping news of our our favourite team, whether they won and lost and being very busy to find why they lost and then jotting them down to the blog and on online journals as to the experience of watching the match and updates related to sports.
That solely doesnt fit to our physical and spiritual needs fairly, we should adopt our own sportive skills for a good wellbeing.

Why Planning For Amateur Sports?

Sports are a means of living and on the field and off the field, it employs quite 13% of the global population. Apart from them,most of us are just a mere witness and dont contribute to the monetary cycle directly. But, the sole purpose of such amateur sports is to entertain the participants, if they do so for both health and merriment - then the cost of medicine and for entertainment purposes are reduced and met properly.

A study has proven that those who perform sporting acts through the times of youth have the higher capacity to survive from diseases which dont have a sure cure treatment procedure. They are controlled and only incessant and regular dosage can save from being seriously ill. Participating in soccer or cricket can help you run more and lose sweat and burn fats, that is as excellent to keep your body in shape.

I am not your health expert or advisor, ha ha! But, the things are true and thats a matter of concern and I already checked in hospitals that these are full of patients and civic life sucks also for the underlying reason. Choice is ultimately yours, what you would do to protect your own health status, but the truth is, you have to play to survive and exercise to live soundly.

But in our city life, it has been really hard to participate in outdoor sports.The thing is, even though if there is enough space,we aren't feel that motivated as before. Maybe the hype of social media and online games are taking there advantages.

But as you said, there are no alternatives of outdoor games if we want to maintain a healthy and fit life, both mentally and physically.

Maybe, the complex and professional life takes all the willpower, the older you are, chances that less energy would be there to participate in sporting actions.

Well reasons are many,and I just cant deny to admit your point, that the hype of social media & online games substituted the time when fields were full of people, walking and jogging, bats flowing and soccer frenzies magnetized young minds. But, its a matter of regret, we dont see those views often now, 🙂

But one thing sure catalyzed the slow participation, that is covid effect and neo-normal, I think you know that well, the covid restrictions imposed and lock-down measures were shocking a step for socialization and the distancing sucked all ages of people to come out to streets, closed roads and fields to exercise sporting.

True indeed. But among us, those who are child inside, hesitate to mixed with the young generation thinking pache loke kichu bole. So still having the urge, they can't play in outside. And I don't wanna bring the female! Man, girls like us stuffer the most! But I'm blessed coz every year in winter season, we get the chance to play badminton in the night time. And I love to cherish every moment of it!

I am trying to be with sports and spending some free time on HIVE is awesome,you wont just want to lose sight of the friends, seeing and interacting them. Same went for my side.
