Messi has his own realm of playing soccer - both for club and national team side. I always wonder how he manages his own skills for years after year where technology has advanced so far,that its possible for a coach to find out the hidden cryptic skill of a player.
He is innovative and I think what makes Messi unique that, he judges the condition of the match in a superb manner that is incomparable to anyone.
For skills, he has got good balance, very low center of gravity that helps to dominate control over ball and the clinical placement that you mentioned. He knows what to do when, thats astonishingly great.
Whereas Ronaldo is the one with utmost dedication and I call him Fitness Prowl,what he earned throughout his career thats mostly because of his training geeks and practice sessions, sharpening that to perfection.

Yeah, from a neutral view,it was a dispute the world had sweat in the forehead to find the man prior to the Qatar world cup. But they got their answer.
Imperatively Messi.He is a perfect model. He plays well, thats not just his sole credit but,he has a character and personality that embraces beyond his fanbase, that provides him more strength and energy. Throughout the decades time, he has proven that.

Wow,you waxed very lyrical in describing Messi here. Brain power just summarises Messi's uniqueness. No one in the top flight has it like him– what people see as fast paced,Messi sees it as slow-motion as it were.
Ronaldo yeah,he's outstanding too in his attacking gusto and his utter "lust" for goals. Yeah he is the fitness king.
But hey, how often the media deceives us. Do yo know that at Real Ronaldo could not keep up with the rigorous training regimen of Benzema? But one will never know because, Benzema won't be flaunting his chest and thigh muscles like Cristiano, Benzema is the withdrawn fela.
