Sunday Cooking With Mama—I am Alive and Thrive—My Actifit Report Card: May 21 2023
Hello to the Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. I wish you, "Happy Sunday, I hope it was the best day for you" Today, I spent my whole day with family especially with my mama. She is a caring lady and a loving friend for me. She supports me mentally every time I am depressed. She is one of the best mothers in the whole world.
Today, she invited me into the Kitchen. She needed help cooking Rice, Milk Sewaya and Vegetable dishes. I joined her instantly without any delay because I 'm also fond of Cooking. Her tips for cooking are one of the best tips given by the best chefs. First, I helped her in cooking rice dish with potatoes. In the Pakistani Urdu Language, we named it, "Sabzi Polao". Although, there was a high temperature inside the kitchen, I managed to keep myself in the kitchen for as much time as needed for my mother's help.

After putting all the essential contents for cooking of Rice, we waited for thirty minutes until rice was cooked properly on semi-fire. There was a balance between different salts to provide good taste to the rice. At last, I was able to eat the following healthy rice dish.

After eating rice, I entered the kitchen again because I am still unaware about the cooking of Vegetables. Although, I 'm not vegetarian, I love the smell of some vegetables like Brinjal, peas and potatoes. This time, I was lucky to see a live session for the cooking of Brinjal by my sweet mama.

After observing cooking of these two dishes, my encouragement and my strength all finished. I was feeling tired and fatigued. Hence, I decided to leave the kitchen.
After forty-five minutes, my moma brought something sweet in the bowl. I was still confused what had she brought for me? In the meantime, she replied, "Aslam eat this sweet Milk Swaya, these are good after eating one meal" When my mama gives some instructions there is no one who can ignore them even my father can't 😂. Without any further questions, I started to eat Milk Swaya dish.

Last thing I ate after this heavy dinner was Pattesserie El Saidy product. It contains oily food contents that are fats in nature. It is enough to fulfill daily fat needs of our body.

This is how I spent the last moment of the Sunday with my mother. I felt healthy and my tummy was full with mama cooked stuff. We should help and enjoy the company of our mothers.
Before going into the bedroom, I checked my mobile activities. Today, I have a good analyzer in my Android that gives me analysis of mobile usage. Most of the time, I used WhatsApp because it is Sunday and I had conversations with many friends that are away from me. Moreover, I also used the #Actifit and Peakd application on the second and third points. You can view your daily mobile usage in the setting of your android phone. Open the android setting, you need to click on Digital Wellbeing tools that will show your mobile activities graphically. Here are my digital mobile activities.
