Actifit Gym—I 'm alive and thriving Challenge—Weekly Sport for body Fitness—My Actifit Report Card: May 25 2023

Hello to the Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. It has been many days, I 've not visited the Gym. Today, I changed my mind to join it again because I was feeling obese. Really, I can't imagine my weight will increase to a dramatic level. I don't want to have more fat on my body. Hence, I decided promptly to join Gym and decrease my weight as much as I can through different Exercises.

Weight Lifting:

We have different dumble having different weights. On an average, I take twenty and thirty Kilograms dumbles for extension and flexion of my arms. These are enough to start weight lifting Exercise. I do this exercise for thirty minutes when my biceps and triceps muscles started to panicked, I stopped.

After completing one round of this exercise, I used weight and Curl bars for next exercise. They also have the same purpose to strengthen my muscles. I want to be energetic and strong. Obesity brings many diseases for us. Hence, it is the mother of all diseases. I added one dumbbell of thirty Kilograms on both sides of Curl bars. They are enough to do some chest exercise. Moreover, this curl bar is also helpful in increasing muscle strength.

Chest Gym:

I successfully completed one round of 20 rotations. After completing this round, I was now warm up and more mentally prepared for next exercise. Now, I want to do some exercise especially for chest. Hence, I utilized Chest Gym instrument with light weight of 20 Kilograms. I bring close the claws of the chest Instrument and then let them free. I repeated this exercise for fouty times till sweat started to drip out of my body. I felt tired and fatigued, hence I terminated this exercise as I joined the Gym after many days.

I want to do one more exercise for my legs. I was fully tired and my body was not responding well. I saw this tread sheet for running with hopeful eyes. "I shall do this exercise next time" I say to myself and came out of Gym.

I was happy when I came outside because today I have done something for my body. We are so busy in study that we ignore our health. It is so bad if we didn't do any exercise in one week. I hope my body fitness will be maintained again and I shall be able to control my body weight. Thanks Actifit Community, you brings many good and helping health tips for me.
