Wednesday Photowalking at 5 KM long Track — I 'm alive and thriving Challenge —My Actifit Report Card: March 13 2024

Hello Actifit Community! Welcome to my blog. In Ramdan, morning walk is more special to me. Today, I did fasting and move towards 5 KM pedestrian track. In cool weather, I witnessed the bird's chirping and air buzzing. As today weather is cloudy hence I can walk easily to complete as many steps as I can. Green land, beautiful buildings and Silent Environment temped me to start my walk warmly.

Awesome Walk Experience


Whenever our tummy is empty then we can take as many air towards Lungs as we can. Moreover, it feels light weight effect when abdomen has low weight due to no feed intake. Hence, I came outside the room like an Athlete. Check the serenity in the green plants around me.

My all steps were amazing here because I walked here with bare-footed. I was feeling soothing effect here. It was healthy walk here.


Walk towards Long Track


My real trails in walk started when I moved towards the long track. This track is about 4.5 KM with many turns. I have experienced when we walk on a concrete area we get fatigued early. Anyway, I continued my walk there.

With hardships on cemented-bricks floor, I was feeling half breathing. My legs were feeling tired. Although I want to stop my walk here but I motivated my body for further walk because cold weather has provided me an opportunity for a good walk. Hence, I can increase my walk stamina with experience.

Through thick and thin, I completed 4 KM walk, I want to rest my body for a few minutes. I found one truck with awesome morning scene hence I snapped one picture here during my stay.

At last, my 5 KM walk completed with successful 15 K actifit steps. It is the today walk result that I can enjoy at Home. After completing, my target I moved back towards home.

With few slow and steady steps, I reached at Home. I was feeling lucky to complete 15 K actifit steps in 5 KM morning walk. I hope, this walk will strengthen my Muscles and helped me in control on obesity. After each meal, we should walk better. Anyway, I was Infront of my home and clicked this scene for my today photography.

At last, I stepped into my room. My body was fully covered by sweats. I removed socks and sit on the bed to dry my body. You can observe a victorious face in my following snap hence I 'm feeling alive and thriving today.

Conclusion


Morning Walk is very significant for health. A strong body has strong man when we walk daily. Either I have fasting but I can take fresh air into my lungs. Any compromised on exercise can prove lethal for the body. We must do any activity that can keep our body strong and healthy. As it was a splendid walk experience hence I shared here.
