My Actifit Report Card: March 2 2023

If my friends tell me what my diet secret is, the answer is 'guilt-free eating'.

Why is that? Even though I'm really selective about what I eat, I always put happiness first. Don't just eat foods that are only boiled or even without oil. I just limit food without having to feel guilty. If it can't be done today, surely tomorrow there will be a day to do it.

That's what makes my diet work, I don't really think about my weight, but I keep trying to train my muscles so that the metabolism in my body is balanced. That's why my body looks much slimmer than the number on the scale.
