Como dá para ver infelizmente eu não consegui muitos passos ontem pois ainda estava aquele quadro chato depressivo. Mas venho melhorando um pouco com cuidado na respiração.
Apesar de parecer muito estranho o cuidado na respiração para quem sofre de ansiedade no quadro clínico é muito importante. Como a respiração pode induzir estados ansiosos o cuidado com ela e melhora nos músculos do diafragma podem ajudar na postura e ainda, na melhora do quadro.
Comecei a me policiar nos últimos dias em relação a isto principalmente porque eu tive uma alta muito grande nos hematócritos. E uma das causas pode ser a apneia do sono ou, até, respiração disfuncional. E durante os testes do curso descobri que a minha esta horrivelmente disfuncional.
O curso que eu peguei chama-se Oxyhacker e tem protocolos para ir melhorando o rendimento. E isto irá me ajudar tanto nos esportes para que tenha melhor rendimento, quanto na minha vida ( sair deste vai e vem da depressão com ansiedade ) e, lógico na gaita que depende muito da nossa saúde pulmonar para ser bem executada.
Por hoje é só e vamos discutindo estes lances por aqui relacionados a saúde mental e geral e minhas descobertas.

As you can see, unfortunately, I didn't manage to take many steps yesterday because I was still in that annoying depressive state. But I've been improving a bit with careful breathing.
Although it might seem very strange, breathing care is very important for those suffering from anxiety in the clinical picture. Since breathing can induce anxious states, taking care of it and improving the diaphragm muscles can help with posture and even improve the condition.
I've started to monitor myself in recent days, especially because I had a very high increase in hematocrit levels. One of the causes could be sleep apnea or even dysfunctional breathing. And during the course tests, I discovered that mine is horribly dysfunctional.
The course I've taken is called Oxyhacker and it has protocols to improve performance. This will help me both in sports for better performance and in my life (getting out of this back and forth of depression with anxiety) and, of course, in harmonica playing, which depends a lot on our lung health to be well executed.
