My Actifit Report Card: March 31 2024

Ontem por algum motivo eu não consegui postar. Com isto eu fiquei alguns dias sem colocar algum conteúdo aqui, o que foi bem chato pois eu tinha atividades feitas.
Mas pelo menos eu tenho resultados bons de exames, que, lógico, podem e devem ser melhorados com as discussões que eu irei fazer com a nutricionista na semana que vem.

Fora isto também há o bom ritmo de atividades que eu venho mantendo. Quero inclusive começar a me cobrar mais tanto quanto nas atividades físicas, nos meus estudos de música que eu estou muito, mais muito pouco sério. Para não dizer completamente relapso.

Inclusive amanhã quero colocar metas bem específicas com meu professor, inclusive discutindo outro horário para as aulas.

E agora é ir dormir porque amanhã o dia vai ser bem cheio.

Hoje não vou traduzir porque o chatgpt está offline ( sim estou usando IA para isto hahahahaha )
