My Actifit Report Card: August 26 2024

Hoje estou postando com atraso porque ontem eu tive uma crise de rinite novamente. Parece que tem algum ponto do meu escritório ficando com muita poeira e com isto quando ligo o ventilador eu acabo recebendo a poeira e pronto, nariz arrebentado.

E infelizmente ontem foi piorando ao longo do dia e a noite eu nem consegui treinar.

Mas hoje eu fui à academia e tirei o atraso com os dois treinos ( ontem e hoje ) e, amanhã volto ao ritmo normal.

E por hoje é só porque eu preciso tentar dormir para acordar mais cedo amanhã pois meu foco nos últimos dois dias está uma merda.
