i picked some grapes yesterday https://peakd.com/hive-123046/@atma.love/tiwhfnbk (and walnuts, sage and lavender) and more grapes from a different place today, not as sweet as yesterdays but still yummy, and yes i eat the seeds :-)

I mostly juice the grapes and drink 50/50 with water before my practice in the morning, then sometimes have to run to the compost toilet afterwards. Excellent colon cleanse, no need for enema :-)

Maybe i'll eat some before bed as you suggest, fir sure it will be better for me than the vegan 80% chocolate i often eat!

Juice in the morning is almost pure sugar.

How much grapes u need for a liter?
Probably not 5 kg but i use it to calculate

0,2 L * 50% * 5kg = 500g grapes for breakfast

On web i find 15 g sugar for 100g grapes but also for grape juice which does not make sense. If grapes have 15g sugar juice must have 5 times more so 75%

All the fibres are missing to balance your blood sugar level so you might have an overflow and deeper low afterwards. Maybe you would exercise more if you eat a banana instead (or with it) or nothing. Some greens would also help to neutralize it. I take chlorella tabs 1-2 a day. You could add some fresh wild greens

I drink cystus tea all day but I do not have own fruit to juice or money to buy some
I am completely off raw cacao nibs for 10 weeks now and chocolate a few months but I also ate some this year. Maybe even a non vegan🙊

Too much luxury for me and I don’t wanna order on Amazon where it’s half price compared to the shop.

The grapes are already crashing my budget but I remain strong and stay 100% organic and clean
