My Actifit Report Card: October 6 2021

I didn't go to work today 'coz I suffered from a muscle spasm & headache. But instead of taking a rest, I did the laundry 'coz I had lots of dirty clothes & I cleaned the drainage area.

In the afternoon, I didn't work much. Though I walk from time to time to gain some count. Due to the company's protocol, I will not go to work again tomorrow.
