My Actifit Report Card: February 7 2023

I went back to work yesterday but I go directly to our clients. 3 itineraries in the morning and another 1 in the afternoon.

I was pretty tired but I thought of having a haircut after work. I took my bike and had a ride going to my brother's place. Yes, he knows how to do some haircut stuff. It was already dark when I finished having a haircut.

I was on my way going back to my wife's family house when my bike light's battery got drained. I tried to avoid the water on the bike lane but when I was about to go back to the bike lane I didn't notice an unfinished tricycle sidecar there which is dark. I bumped into it and fell to the ground. My upper back and left and right arms were injured. I still managed to drive home. My wife called my sister-in-law then my brother fetch us and brought us to their place. My sister-in-law checked my back and cleaned the wounds. She gave some prescriptions and an anti-tetanus shot. and request to undergo an x-ray. We went to the hospital and stayed there for almost an hour.

Now I have these meds, I hope they help me recover quickly.
