My Actifit Report Card: April 14 2024

I woke up with a headache and body pain yesterday. And it feels like I don't want to get out of bed. I forced myself because I needed to. We have our meeting at 10 a.m..

After the meeting, I attended another one, which ended at around 12:30 pm.

After having my late lunch, I took a nap. Then I collected the clothes I washed the other day.

Late afternoon, my wife and I went to the beach to grab some air.

I need it so badly to relieve stress and prevent having an asthma attack because of the hot weather in our place.
