Yesterday was a relatively calm and low-movement day for me, as I spent most of my time at the office. I logged 5,623 activity count, which reflects a lighter day compared to my usual pace. I was seated in front of the computer for most of the working hours, handling tasks and focusing on office responsibilities.

Despite the long hours indoors, I still managed to squeeze in a bit of movement after work. I took a short walk around the downtown area, letting myself stretch and breathe after a day at the desk, before heading home to rest.
