My Actifit Report Card: December 14 2025

Yesterday was a lighter but still meaningful day. I logged 5,834 steps, mostly from my involvement in public service activities. We worked on the volume early in the day and headed back home around lunchtime.

After getting home, I spent some time doing household tasks, including collecting the clothes I washed last Saturday. I then prepared for our scheduled meeting, making sure everything was in order. In the afternoon, I attended the meeting at 4:30 PM, wrapping up the day on a productive note.
