My Actifit Report Card: December 17 2025

Yesterday was a relatively light and quiet day in terms of activity, but I still managed to stay on my feet and get some steps in. I spent the entire day at the office, mostly seated, focusing on finishing several reports. It wasn’t very physically demanding, but staying productive kept me busy throughout the day.

After work, I made sure to move a bit by walking around the downtown area. That short walk helped me unwind after a long day of desk work before finally heading home to rest.
