My Actifit Report Card: December 30 2025

Yesterday was a very productive and active day, reflected by my 13k+ count. I started the day by doing the laundry, which already involved a lot of movement such as sorting clothes, washing, hanging, and folding. Household chores may seem simple, but they definitely add up in terms of steps and effort.

I also went to my sister’s place. While I was there, I helped clean various parts of the house. Sweeping, arranging things, and moving around from one area to another kept me on my feet for a long time.
