Yesterday was a productive yet simple day. I went to work as usual and spent part of my time helping clean the office, making sure the work area stayed organized and comfortable for everyone. The light physical activity kept me moving throughout the day. After finishing my tasks, I headed home to rest for a bit. In the evening, I went out for a walk that lasted more than 30 minutes, helping me stay active and relaxed after a long day.
