My Actifit Report Card: January 17 2026
Yesterday was a rest day from work, but I still stayed active at home. I started the day by doing the laundry, and there were a lot of dirty clothes to wash, hang, and fold, which took quite some time and effort. After finishing the laundry, I cleaned some parts of the house, moving around and organizing things. In the late afternoon, I went to my brother’s place and spent almost an hour there before heading back home. Overall, it was a simple but productive and active day.
