Yesterday was a productive and meaningful day. I started my morning by volunteering, which kept me active and moving around while helping others. After that, I collected the clothes I washed the other day, adding some light physical activity. In the afternoon, I attended a meeting at 2:00 PM that required focus and participation. After the meeting, I visited my cousin who is currently recovering from surgery, spending time to check on him before heading home.
