My Actifit Report Card: February 4 2026
Today was mostly spent in the office. I stayed at my desk almost the whole day, focusing on finishing reports and other paperwork. I only stepped out briefly during breaktime, so most of my movement came later. After work, I walked around the downtown area before heading home. Once home, I collected the clothes I washed yesterday. In the evening, around 7 PM, I enjoyed a walk of more than 30 minutes with my wife, ending the day with extra steps and quality time together.
