My Actifit Report Card: April 24 2022

Planning my day and getting things done can be difficult when I have to juggle a lot of different tasks. One way that I stay on track is by using the Pomodoro Technique. This involves setting a timer for 25 minutes and working on one task until the timer goes off. Once the timer goes off, I take a five minute break before starting the next task.

I started my day by taking the dog for a walk. We walked for about 30 minutes, which got me some much needed fresh air and exercise. Walking is also a great way to clear your head and think about what you need to do for the day.

After our walk, I set my timer and got started on my first task. I worked on it for 25 minutes, and then took a five minute break. During my break, I stretched and grabbed a quick snack before getting back to work.

I repeated this process throughout the day, and was able to get a lot done! This technique really helps me focus and stay on track with everything that I need to do.
