Es muy importante recordar que semanalmente después de varias rutinas de ejercicios intensos, es recomendable realizar una rutina de relajación y estiramiento que permita a nuestros músculos no tener lesiones por fatiga, al sobre trabajar las musculatura corporal, además esta rutina contribuye a la regeneración muscular que tiene como fin que el musculo tenga mayor resistencia y mayor fuerza que la que tenía antes de ejercitarse….de esta manera me despido.
