Al realizar ejercicios con intensidad se le va exigiendo a la musculatura mayor fuerza y energía, muchas veces nuestro cuerpo queda adolorido después de estas rutinas, esto quiere decir que el musculo trabajo y cumplió con el objetivo, la mayoría de la veces el musculo en el ejercicio se desgarra por eso el dolor, la forma de permitirle al musculo regenerarse con mayor fuerza y resistencia es dándole descanso a través de una rutina de relajación y estiramiento….es relevante decir que si no se descansa el musculo puede sufrir lesiones por fatiga y sobre entrenamiento…saludos amigos de full deporte
